What is Exit4Luv?

Exit4Luv is an independent music and creative arts project founded by Gary and Tiffany.

Every song, piece of artwork, digital release, and future product is created with a commitment to originality, artistic freedom, and creative expression.

As an independently operated project, every purchase and every show of support helps fund future music, artwork, videos, merchandise, and creative endeavors.

Who creates the music and artwork?

All music, recordings, artwork, branding, graphics, visual content, and creative materials featured through Exit4Luv are created, owned, licensed, managed, or otherwise controlled by Exit4Luv unless expressly stated otherwise.

Digital Products

What happens after I purchase a digital product?

Once payment has been successfully processed, your purchased digital product will become available through your order confirmation and any download links provided with your WooCommerce purchase.

How many times can I download my purchase?

Unless otherwise stated, digital products currently allow up to three download attempts.

We strongly recommend downloading your purchase promptly and saving your files to a secure location for future use.

What if I experience download problems?

If your download fails, becomes inaccessible, is incomplete, or you experience difficulty accessing your purchased content, please contact us at:

Can I share purchased digital products?

No.

Can I use Exit4Luv music in my videos, podcasts, livestreams, websites, social media content, films, presentations, or other projects?

No.

Prior written permission from Exit4Luv is required before using any Exit4Luv music, recordings, lyrics, sound recordings, artwork, visual assets, logos, branding materials, videos, or other creative content.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Advertisements
• Social media content
• Commercial projects
• Public presentations
• Websites
• Public performances
• Derivative works
• Promotional materials
• Any public or commercial use

Unauthorized use, reproduction, publication, distribution, performance, display, modification, synchronization, sampling, broadcasting, or incorporation of Exit4Luv content is strictly prohibited.

No license, permission, consent, waiver, or right to use any Exit4Luv content is granted unless expressly authorized in writing by Exit4Luv.

Can I use Exit4Luv artwork, photographs, logos, cover art, or images?

No.

All artwork, cover art, logos, graphics, photographs, visual designs, branding elements, and related creative materials displayed through Exit4Luv remain the property of Exit4Luv or their respective rights holders.

Written permission is required before copying, reproducing, publishing, distributing, modifying, displaying, storing, selling, or otherwise using any visual content associated with Exit4Luv.
